Follow up is not easy, but God will make a way.

I want to encourage everyone to persever through difficulties and not give up retaining tough new believers through Wan Ting's efforts to retain a new believer.

This new believer of hers was a convert from the Closets ESS and she joined us during the LIFE ss. This new believer is also Wan Ting's 1st sheep.

The following week, however, when Wan Ting contacted her for CG and FU, she rejected. Wan Ting really had a hard time trying to connect her to the CG, as the new believer keep rejecting many meet ups with her. There were even times that things got so bad that Wan Ting cried.

However, she continued to pray for better circumstances and do whatever she can to meet up with the new believer.

Things starts to turn a little better last week. Wan Ting smsed me that the new believer apologised for her responses. It was an encouragement for Wan Ting! So this week, she manages to fix a meet up with the new believer through helping her in school work.

I'm encouraged by her "never give up" spirit, and try all possible ways to connect the new believer.

I know God has matured her through this incident. She has trusted God even more through these difficult times and also learnt what it means to persever and work hard and wait for God to bring about a change of heart (for the new believer). She has grown much.

I believe that God will honor her :)
